Oh, some things:
1) Entei to Borderline, Reason: This fella can kill UU's Like Turning a Handle on a door.
2) Parasect to NU, Reason: Damn slow, Has a terrible weakness to Sunlight and Fire Mixed.
3) Alakazam to OU. Reason: Decent sweeper that harms a lot with STAB Psychic, Choice specs and Trick.

Zangoose is too Fast and Powerful for UU
Togekiss walls borderlines... not to mention Flinchax, makes a good Special wall and finally work as a swepper as long as it has choice scarf.
I would say Glaceon is borderline. Due to it's terrible speed .
Typhlosion is cool. BUT.... he has a (as most fire types have) Limited movepool.. BUt would Tear apart UU's.
Hariyama's HP and def is going to give UU's problem, i would say BL to hariyama.

i have heard that the speed deoxyes is getting moved to OU in other teirs coz it only has 95 pase atk ans SP atk
