Well then, you've come to teh right place, listen to me and yo Mii will be back in action

Ok, go onto teh Mii channel, and change the Mii's name, save, go back on, change the Mii's name back to [NS] Sindle, and hop back onto WiFi to KICK. SOME. BOOOOOTA.
