Baby Luigi (Unlock 8 expert ghosts)
Baby Daisy (50CC New all 1 Star)
Toadette (32 TT Courses)
Dry Bones (100CC Leaf Cup

MEDIUM CHARACTERS -

Daisy (150CC Special Cup)
Birdo (16 TT courses)
Bowser Jr. (100CC Retro 1 Star)
Diddy Kong (50CC Lightning Cup)

HEAVY CHARACTERS -

Funky Kong (Unlock 8 expert ghosts)
King Boo (50CC Star Cup)
Rosalina (100CC Shell Cup,With SMG save data.)
Dry Bowser (150CC all 1 Star)
OTHER-
Mii(outfit A)(100CC Special Cup)
Mii(outfit B)(Unlock every expert ghost )

KARTS:

Rally Romper (1 TT Course)
Blue Falcon (150CC Mirror Lightning Cup)

Well that should help you unlockl some things and we can discuss how to get them aswell if you still dont get it.

What are the times of the Expert Ghosts? Is there something to signify that the ghost is an Expert Ghost?

Eh IDK all the times but when you get the correct time it will say "Expert staff ghost unlocked" at the bottom of the screen and you can tell by the time, if its slow its the normal one if fast the expert :P

Ive unlocked almost all the characters and Karts/bikes!!

chambo go on time trial beat the nintendo ghost then another one should appear depending on how well u beat the Ghost, that is a Expert Ghost and they are super hard to beat!

oh and what is TT?? I need to unlock Birdo and toadette and ive unlocked Funky kong but i havnt got Baby Luigi.. :s
