Infernape@Life Orb
Naive nature (.....)
EV's 252 sp.atk 232 Speed 24 Atk.

Moves:

Close Combat
Nasty Plot
Grass Knot
Flamethrower/Fire Blast

Nasty Plot for being insane (in other words double your sp.atk)

Close Combat for Blissey

Grass knot to tell Milotic and Swampert your messing with the wrong person.

Flamethrower for STAB and accuracy or Fire Blast for STAB and Power.

It's not a noob question, ti's jargon, meaning that a small portion of people in the entire planet earth understand it :).
