Lower skill level players get a chance by raising the chances they get of a good item.
Not to mention there kart gets faster (do they?)
Only on random this happens.
I was not appealed to the skill level thing tbh.

Random Online is a bit annoying.
Mostly in races.
CURSE YOU RANKING SYSTEM!
I got hit by a blue shell then a red shell at one point .
And the dude had a lower skill level than me.
Battle online was.. What happened to teamwork?
Apparantly i was teamed up with some dude that tried to hog every item box...... WTF?
